Both are world-class television, both images (photos) and audio is on the top of the TV. (may be even better on Pioneer plasma) ** plasma will be very good for dark color display, especially for black, for this breach of the LCD can compare. However, plasma consume all their strength to 20% more electricity, next to Pioneer, Panasonic also you for making plasma, to make proper use of the plasma panel. (Sony's own LCD panel using the 70 inc.) For me, I will go to Panasonic Plasma. Because it is free, will cover my electricity bill in the long term.
