Classroom: LCD TV or projector?
We are thinking about buying a projector a few (with ceiling mount) for school. I wonder if we should buy LCD TV in place. Good projector minimum = $ 1500 CAN. Standard "46 LCD TV = around $ 1100. Advantages of an LCD TV" without shutting down the luces.-Can be hook near the ceiling to see better not have to wait for the lamp to turn any setting-do (the approach, not to replace ...)- angles lamp ($ 400 each), life expectancy is much better so now tell me, what is the point of a projector? Thanks
The biggest advantage for the projector would be a much larger image. Remember that the classroom presentation slides are usually with a 4:3 ratio. A 4:3 picture to 16:9 flat screen will be quite small. If the classroom is for 20 or so students should be okay. If these are larger classrooms, the image is too small to read text the back of the room. A screen projection should be placed near the ceiling too.
