Looks pretty balanced to me, but certainly not a high end machine. Many of the components are cheap but that does not mean not working properly. A couple of points though. I do not like Samsung drives I have found reliability to be terrible, even worse than Seagate. 5400 is quite slow by modern standards. Also, the power supply - I admit I have never heard of ICT, but I'm guessing that are not first class. 500W seems a little low. 600W would be thinking more territory.
