Home Theater Speakers?
I'm about to buy speakers for my setup home theater. I'm doing a 7:1 system and have it configured to 8 "on the roof (7:1 rear satellites) and the left and right from the intrados (these are hung on frames or speakers so can not be too big) and I need front left, right and center, more secondary. I have some Bose 301 could use for the fronts, but would have a system matching. Can anyone recommend a brand of speakers or a website to look? I have a Yamaha receiver, but can switch to a Denon. I thought about the technologies Atlantic or Klipsch My room is 11 'by 22' and I Mitsibishi 65 "DLP.
Dump the base. You can update the Yamaha, but I would seriously look at the new Yamaha in the Denon. B & W speakers will voice matching for each application on your 7.1 system, and sound better than their cost in each price point.
