I returned to my flat screen monitor will not turn on?
I turned it off an hour later and not turn back on ... The monitor is only a year and half old Dell. Can it be fixed or I need a new monitor.
First check the connections, it can happen for you may have disconnected the power cord. second control, the contrast can be set all the way to dark (perhaps as a joke on someone (or accident)), also on some monitors on the back is a switch of a button to reset.
