What's happening with my 19 "flat screen HDTV Element Electronics?
I bought a 19 "Element Electronics flat screen HDTV Black Friday 2008. Receipt in the digital signal over the air, not a high definition antenna. I noticed that NBC do (both local news and programs network) the screen jumps slightly to the left side of the screen once every second or so. Only moves a little, but is remarkable. I have not seen in any other network, or playing Xbox or watching a DVD. Do not think there's something you can do to fix it, I was just curious if anyone noticed the same thing.
