My home theater is not strong, you can expand on this?
I've had two home theater systems apart, one by Nakamichi (NEVER make that mistake again!) And the other a Sony. Nor were strong and had to handle at level 60 for a movie to a comfortable level. Can I add an external amplifier to the unit of 5.1 my channel? What do you recommend? Thank you!
"Home Theater System" is a pretty good description. What is your production in terms of Watts RMS / Channel? What kind of speakers you have? It makes no sense to extend an HTS. Just buy a new AV receiver - as powerful as you want, and new speakers to match it, and you're good to go. A basic DVD range snot cost more than $ 50 and you may want to upgrade to Blu Ray.
