connection?
I have a zenith dvd with an s-video, go to the TV, so I have one open connector on the left, in my system htib1000 curtis home theater I have two red connectors white.What do I have to do?
hi there, the s-video plug is for the image while the white connectors red (also known as RCA connectors) are for sound. my tv has audio (sound) connections available because it has stereo speakers. has endorsed? if you can not connect these connectors to your stereo and get to play through your home theater system. you can choose the audio input (sometimes more than one, only make sure you plug your DVD into a movie ticket at home) or other input could be used if the audio is already taken. Many times this is an input auxiliery. then you want to play the DVD with home theater button is pressed for any input you selected, and voila! surround sound. the other thing you might notice is a coaxial cable outlet like you would use the antenna or cable. this involves both image and sound into something inferior Tho. but only with the TV to watch and listen program (which is what I have to do much because my wife makes me keep the noise level) is appropriate. good luck with your connections ... they can get a little confusing.
