My wife and I bought this bad boy last week from Amazon and it arrived in 4 days flat with great delivery service. We decided to hang on the masonry chimney. We chose a Sanus tilt support for the work, which was surprisingly easy to attach to the masonry.

The 850 is special because it is super thin. 1.9 "at it's thickest point. This makes it especially attractive wall mounting. The blend of excellent image and I'm in the clouds.

After a day of enjoying, I say that while I'm impressed with the clarity of the role of 120Hz, my wife and I keep configuration set to "low", which introduces a higher frame rate, but not so high as to be actively distracting. For us, the "camera video-like "full sense of 120Hz is better for the sport, unlike Film / TV.

Bottom line: The Samsung LCD is amazing, for starters, and "8" series, given its slim frame, adds some extra style. Keep that in mind when comparing this model to all others, including 9 (950/960) in series having a higher motor LED lighting, but is considerably thicker than 8 (850/860).
