Pl adv how to become a H / T. I own Yamaha AMP 135W RMS Cont + Am + + + 35W Amp DSP100 DSP CDC Home Pr Sp 1. JBL100t3.?
I have a Yamaha stereo system that includes 135W RMS Amp Amp + Control + Digital Sound Processor DSP100 field and 35W RMS to the DSP. I have a pair of main speaker JBL 100 T3. Please correct type of additional speakers to start my system 5.1 Home Theater system. Thank you.
While you can do this, do not think you want to do this. Here's why: - The DSP100 only made for the logic since 1987, no DD 5.1 since 1995. - The amplifier is stereo - you need three more channels of amplification. While you can use that 35 watts of power to the rear mono, how can a power center speaker? - A very important part of 5.1 is to have identical tone-5 matched speakers, especially for the front. I can not find anything to match those of T3 for a center. While it is respected and gear for 2-channel music, you do not need the caliber of high-tech equipment. You need a powerful 5-channel amplifier least a DD decoding function, less precise, but the tone paired-speakers and an external subwoofer. While it resembles a similar device - it is best to think of a HT system as a totally different thing. It is used differently, they play differently, placing things differently and its primary sense and collaboration with HT is different from the music. Move this equipment to another room for a music system and buy a nice HTIB for about $ 700. It will be cheaper and more satisfying.
