What are the data and multimedia projector?

A device that takes a video signal input (usually a computer, but potentially a DVD player or TV tuner) and allows for "project" on a screen as a large image. Sometimes also called digital projectors. Like film projectors that light shining through a reduced version of the image through a lens and a screen. They are used by businesses, churches, schools, homeowners (and) as a way to screen large images / video (eg, presentations, spreadsheets or points of view wordprocesssors) relatively visible by groups of people. multimedia projectors differ from the home theater projectors for being (generally) brighter, less contrast, lower resolution, less emphasis on color accuracy and video processing with the poorest (and cheaper).
