As many speakers do I set?

I want to assemble a team of outdoor music, so I can play off CD's. I thought I could to a platform system in our warehouse, then install outdoor speakers under the eaves. But I really need to know if I can put more just two speakers in a system, because I have to direct the sound to two different areas in the yard. Power I install two on the right and two left stereo speakers to it?

If you can.Even if your stereo does not support it in the back (L + R), hell, you could run 8 speakers if you want to appear to.People think you need a 300 watt amplifier and 400 watt speakers (100 watts per speaker), but poorly thats100% (thats ghetto of thought). The only way to get "high" is to push more air (more speakers) do not even care if your stereo is a mere 25 watts, with 4 speakers thats hard as hell because its strongest push through the air (saturation) Good luck!
