How many decibels is to FEEL the vibrations caused by a car stereo from 500 feet away?
Every day, 2-3x/day, I prepare for stereo in our neighborhood "car audiophile. The boom-ba-ba-Boom-Boom is audible 1 / 4 mile away when he approaches my house! The distance between the road and my house is about 500 meters. The innermost zone of my house is about 1,000 meters from the road. I can feel the sound / vibration noise across the carpet, furniture, walls and even on my laptop keyboard! All my doors and windows are closed.
