Alternatives impressive home theater system sound rich and deep?

This may seem a very naive question, but my goal is simple - I have a screen Flat 40 "LCD TV and a DVD player. I have a good video, and now I want to add audio components, both for watching movies or listening music connect my mp3 player. You've answered your own question. Buy a good stereo receiver and two speakers. Some of the new receivers can also accommodate your mp3 player. Is might want to add a section for the deep bass of the movies, but even that is not necessary.
